Beginning her career in pharmacy practice, Amy transitioned into commercial leadership where she has since led the launch of over 25 products and line extensions—generating more than $27 billion in revenue for life sciences organizations.

Recognized for her ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams, Amy specializes in developing commercial frameworks and go-to-market strategies that fuel double-digit revenue growth in complex, highly regulated markets. Her expertise spans strategic planning, market access, product positioning, and operational scale-up.

Amy plays a critical role in healthcare investment initiatives, supporting both diligence and value creation. Ryan Schrope

Ryan Schrope is a forward-thinking entrepreneur and private investor with deep expertise in real estate capital strategies, emerging financial systems, and education-driven business models. With over 300 successfully funded real estate transactions, he’s built a strong reputation as a trusted capital partner in the fast-paced world of short-term lending.

He is the founder of Fund To Freedom, a real estate funding education platform with more than 5,500 members. Through it, Ryan helps both new and experienced investors learn how to fund deals safely, profitably, and at scale.

Committed to innovation, Ryan also funded the development of a software platform that allows investors to generate offers at scale—reducing acquisition friction and accelerating deal flow. His practical frameworks and systematized approach have made him a leader in a new wave of private lenders who prioritize simplicity, speed, and strategic leverage.

Beyond real estate, Ryan is an angel investor in early-stage tech ventures focused on expanding access to capital and enabling entrepreneurship. Through all his work, he continues to empower others to take control of the capital side of real estate and unlock financial freedom.

With 23 years in real estate investment, he has developed a mastery of both traditional and creative acquisition strategies across multiple asset classes. Since 2012, Wesley has also operated as a Private Money Lender, structuring hundreds of debt and equity deals with a focus on risk-adjusted returns—giving him a unique perspective on both sides of the capital stack.

In recent years, Wesley has acquired, scaled, and successfully exited multiple companies, while also backing founder-led acquisitions and serving as an active angel investor in seed-stage ventures. His approach blends operational rigor with disciplined underwriting and long-term strategic vision, adding value far beyond capital.

Earlier in his career, Wesley served as a Senior Detective and Bomb Technician with a California Sheriff’s Office, working on the FBI Stabilization Team focused on counterterrorism and hazardous device response. This elite experience sharpened his leadership under pressure, precision decision-making, and ability to navigate high-stakes environments—traits he continues to bring to every venture he supports. Known for cultivating high-level relationships and offering deep, hands-on insight, Wesley is a trusted partner to entrepreneurs, operators, and investors alike.

Ben Burford

Ben Burford is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses across a wide spectrum of industries—from venture-backed semiconductors to SaaS, cloud software, home services, and franchise systems. His career reflects a rare blend of technical acumen and strategic execution, honed through hands-on leadership in both startup and enterprise environments.

Ben has founded and led companies from the ground up, managed complex M&A transactions, and spearheaded growth through both organic expansion and acquisition strategies. His background includes executive leadership, consulting for Fortune 100 firms, and driving go-to-market execution in operationally complex sectors.

He studied Electrical Engineering at Santa Clara University and Economics at the University of Washington—an academic foundation that complements his proven entrepreneurial track record. With deep expertise in capital-intensive technologies and scalable business operations, Ben brings a sharp, multidisciplinary perspective to every venture he touches.

Alok Gupta

Alok Gupta (Strategic Advisor-Private Investor)

Alok Gupta brings over 20 years of experience in business leadership, corporate strategy, M&A, strategic growth, and organizational transformations. He has led and executed more than $125 billion in total transaction value across 15+ countries, with deep expertise in integrations, carve- outs, divestitures, and bankruptcy emergencies.

Alok has held senior roles at Accenture, Deloitte, and Loki Group, managing transactions for companies ranging from small-cap to enterprise scale. His leadership in the strategic transformation of Coyote, an asphalt paving company, resulted in a fourfold increase in revenue and a 7.5x growth in EBITDA.

His cross-sector experience spans industries including manufacturing, paving, infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, mining, supply chain and distribution, finance, consumer goods, industrial products, retail, and business operations.

Alok holds a BS from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he received the Meritorious Service Award. He also completed the Executive Program in Private Equity at London Business School and has held governance roles with Emory University and other nonprofit organizations.
