His ability to build robust financial models and forecast cash flows in post-acquisition scenarios has consistently supported informed investment decisions.
With a strong focus on deal structuring and investment strategy, Danyel has developed models across multiple investment scenarios and prepared key transaction documents, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and Letters of Intent (LOIs), with clearly defined negotiation terms. His hands-on approach to both the analytical and execution phases of M&A makes him a valuable contributor to fast-paced acquisition environments.
Danyel holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation and is certified as a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) by the Corporate Finance Institute. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Equity from PUC Rio Grande do Sul, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from PUC Minas, including a double-degree program completed in Germany.
